Laser Welding
Before production, welding diagrams are prepared, and cells with copper bars are precisely arranged. Automated laser welding machines then create accurate, consistent connections for high-performance, reliable lithium battery packs.
Lithium Battery Aging Room
After production, all lithium battery packs undergo comprehensive charge and discharge testing. Capacity, charge/discharge rates, and temperature data are recorded to ensure long-term performance and traceability for every battery.
Lithium Battery SOC Calibration
Before shipment, battery packs are voltage-tested against discharge curves to ensure uniform 55% SOC. This process prevents over-discharge during transit, ensuring safety and optimal battery performance upon delivery.
Lithium Battery Finished Goods
Completed battery packs passing aging and SOC tests are placed in the warehouse for shipping. Products not shipped within one month are re-inspected to maintain quality and ensure customers receive reliable batteries.

Standard products are produced within 15-20 days and shipped immediately via sea or air. Customized products are produced within 30-35 days. Sea shipping usually takes 28-35 days.

For orders below $10,000 USD, we accept 100% prepayment via T/T. For larger orders, we require a 50% prepayment. Once production is complete, we provide videos and images or conduct live video inspections, and the balance is paid before shipping.
